Life Sciences Department 50's Party (2)

Dr. Gary Alderson (left), Pam Alderson (center) and Sarah Collins (right). Gary is a prestigious Ph.D. microbiologist and parasitologist. He is very interested in U.S. history and commonly dresses like frontiersman David Crockett. Pam is a successful RN and wife of Gary Alderson. Although Sarah resembles their daughter, neither Gary nor Pam have an epicanthic fold. Sarah is actually the daughter of Elaine Armstrong who has an epicanthic fold. Even more amazing is the fact that Sarah spends part of her day within a bivalve molluskan shell. © W.P. Armstrong 2003.

Chris is an Instructional Support Assistant who keeps all the complex laboratories running smoothly. She has a D.D.S. degree and is very knowledgeable. Palomar College and the Life Sciences Department are very fortunate to have Chris on our staff. Chris is also a talented seamstress and made the 1950's vintage skirts worn by herself and her husband Rick. Although Rick usually wears pants, he is quite comfortable and very attractive wearing a skirt. Left: © E.M. Armstrong. Right: © W.P. Armstrong 2003.
